Everyone is SO friendly and helpful at this office! The front desk is always happy when they answer the phones, the technicians are amazing and so kind to my pup, Luna and the vets are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always take their time to explain things and are always so outgoing.

Dr. Gravelle is the best vet we've taken our cats to. She thoroughly explains what's going on and our treatment options. Cassidy has been amazing teaching us how to get a blood sample and administer insulin for our diabetic cat. Cindy, Meghan, and the whole staff have been very welcoming and sweet to our boy every visit!

Willard Vet Clinic has provided high level care for my dog for the past few years. Everyone, from the techs to the vets, is extremely courteous and professional. My dog loves to visit during appointments and the entire clinic goes the extra mile to provide a comfortable experience for pets and their owners. The services are well priced and the clinic does a thorough job during annual visits, lab work, and dental care.

We love the Willard staff! They are so kind, caring, and clearly focused on providing the best possible experience for my young Frankie. I love that they are extra patient with his hesitation and anxiety during checkups and vaccines because they want him to have a good association with the vet. I also never feel pressured to pay for extra services. They truly feel like a partner in my fur baby's health. We will continue coming to Willard for as long as we live in the area! 😊

I was very nervous that my fur baby was very sick, the staff was extremely helpful with my concerns, and the Dr. we saw was excellent, he went far and beyond to set my mind at ease, he did a thorough exam, and now 3 days later, she is back to her playful shelf. Thank you everyone.

I cannot recommend Willard Veterinary Clinic more! Ive been to many vets with my (somewhat spicy) cat as I've moved around a lot, and I've never seen him do so well. They handled him so gently and calmly and took things at his pace. My new rescue pup also tends to be nervous around strangers. They made sure to give her lots of treats and made her feel comfortable before the exam. Medication, vaccines, treatment, and cost were all explained to me very thoroughly. Im SO grateful I found Willard to care for my fur babies!

Took Chocco here last Saturday for annual wellness checkup and had a good experience overall. Everyone was super nice and kind, and surprisingly, Chocco didn't seem anxious at all during the visit. Both the vet and the technician were great and answered all of our questions. The only downsides were that the wait was a bit long and it’s a little pricey. But overall, good care and a friendly team.

Amazing care and attentiveness. The staff and Vet went out of their way to make Luna's first visit safe and relaxing. She wanted to stay! They followed up via phone to make sure the medication had no adverse effects, took time to explain what to look for, and were super caring. Can't speak more HIGHLY about Willard, especially Dr. Smith and Meghan.

I can’t say enough good things about this place , every one is amazing that works here. We recently lost a beloved dog of 18 years , one of the hardest things we have done , bringing a family pet to be put down . The staff catered to our every need and made our best friend pass on with the upmost dignity and care. They provided amazing care to both myself and our dog on a really tough decision , never pushing anything other than love and affection. I’ll never forget the kindness you all showed on that dark sad night at the clinic , and to receive the thoughtful sympathy cards in the mail the next few days from you all solidified what an amazing group you all are. From the bottom of my heart thank you.
